BSD & UNIX rock
The 5.0-RELEASE of FreeBSD supports the MemoryStick reader on my laptop, sound should be supported as well. FreeBSD is going to be the major OS on the laptop with Windows XP remaining for occasional use. OpenBSD 3.2 is working fine on my desktop with the only concern being IPv6 configuration. HP-UX on a C180 is the core behind the OSIAH project and the only concern with it being IPv6 support for HP-UX 11.00. The home file server is currently running RedHat 8.0 but as soon as I get a second processor and larger disk for it, it is going FreeBSD. That means that I will finaly be free from the overly politicized and innefficent mass that is Linux today.
